If I where to suggest some improvements I would say you should put some more work in the highlights. I think the theme would look way better with some proper barwork that includes a softkey and statusbar. Also the transparent popup, morelist and activity menu are not the best for functionality. They're hard to read when overlaid on other text screens. The red and blue colors of the volum staples/progress bar and calendar markings doesn't fit with the monochrome look of the theme either. Otherwise; not too bad.

Yup, I had to make the background of the popup more opaque when I tried to write an SMS and couldn't really see what I was writing.
I'm not a big fan of softkeys, but I'll look into it. It was a bit of a quickie, I'll see about giving it a rework with some of your suggestions.
