AmpRevamped

This is a redo of my previous theme [link] It should be more readable and feel a little more complete.

I'm not sure why the hotkey background isn't on all the pages though.

Resolution is 240x320, other sizes upon request.

NB: I made a booboo with the small input areas, they were white, but they use the input highlight text (or something like that), which was also white... have fixed the background now.
